#  喝母乳的寶寶比較聰明？ 奧秘在於關鍵脂質

我們常鼓勵家中有新生兒的媽媽們多哺育母乳，是因為母乳含有多種珍貴的營養素，能夠給予寶寶發育最完整均衡的營養。前馬偕兒童醫院陳奕璇醫師表示，母乳是由蛋白質、醣類、脂質及水組成的，提供寶寶成長所需的營養且易於消化、吸收，也可增強寶寶的抵抗力。其中，母乳裡由AA&amp;DHA、PS磷脂醯絲胺酸(Phosphatidylserine)&amp;PC磷脂醯膽鹼(Phosphatidylcholine)、Sn-2PA組合而成的「關鍵脂質」，可以在孩子腦部發育最迅速的時期，幫助寶寶的認知發展、神經連結，奠定未來的潛能發展。

#### 潛能發展珍貴營養 母乳中三大「關鍵脂質」

陳奕璇說，母乳的脂質含量佔母乳的4%，大多脂質多是補充熱量的功能；其中影響寶寶發展的關鍵脂質占比7.35%，母乳中的「三大關鍵脂質」的占比雖然不高，但卻是提供寶寶腦部發育至關重要的營養。

#### 「關鍵脂質」缺一不可 最適比例交互作用

大家常常聽到的AA&amp;DHA，也就是不飽和脂肪酸，是提升大腦、神經及視網膜發展的重要成分。但AA與DHA也不是攝取越多越好，過多容易造成寶寶肥胖及拉肚子，歐洲小兒腸胃肝膽營養學會對早產兒攝取AA&amp;DHA建議的比例為2:1，能讓寶寶的發育更好，這也是最接近母乳的比例。

陳奕璇醫師提醒，關鍵脂質中還有珍貴的PS&amp;PC，則是構成神經元突觸重要的元素，能強化寶寶的認知發展及增強記憶力，卻是一般配方奶粉容易忽略的。

而棕櫚酸的結構位置也是十分重要，母乳中70%的棕櫚酸是在Sn-2 PA的位置，比較起一般配方奶粉的棕櫚酸位於Sn-1及Sn-3，Sn-2 PA可以更有效提升關鍵脂質-AA&amp;DHA及PS&amp;PC的吸收效率，讓寶寶能健康成長、頭好壯壯。

陳奕璇醫師指出，「三大關鍵脂質」的組成及結構是非常重要的，缺一不可，因為三個關鍵營養各有其不同的功能。PS&amp;PC能激發寶寶的無限潛能，AA&amp;DHA有益於學習發展，Sn-2 PA提升關鍵營養的吸收效率，需要互相搭配一同運作，才能為孩子的腦部發展種下好的根基。

#### 母乳最好！ 若無法持續餵哺應聰明選擇替代品

哺餵母乳是最天然、對寶寶最好的營養品，鼓勵媽媽盡量在寶寶6個月前以全母乳方式哺餵。但若乳量不足或因外在因素導致無法持續餵哺，建議爸媽可以諮詢醫師或是藥師，挑選含有三大關鍵脂質的配方奶粉為替代的營養來源，為寶寶的潛能發展奠定良好基礎。
