#  中藥材泡酒養生 注意此禁忌以免反傷身

日前有位印度人用毒蛇泡酒，結果蛇沒死還跑出來咬死人；對於採用毒蛇泡酒或是蜜蜂泡酒來喝的養生方式，國人也是不遑多讓。不過，中藥師則是不建議民眾浸泡不明的毒蛇及毒蜂，以免體質不合、過敏得不償失。

#### 中藥泡酒可萃出油溶性成分

中藥師林燕泙表示，通常會把補益藥利用藥酒浸泡當成藥酒服用，也就是中藥傳統酒劑或酊劑，動物性或植物性都可以，利用酒精把藥效成分泡出來，相對於傳統用水煎煮方式，用酒精泡可以萃出油溶性成分，動物通常會泡蛤蚧或海馬等。

#### 蛤蚧、海馬、鹿茸、人參、枸杞、當歸很常見

蛤蚧是一種大壁虎，海馬為海洋生物，鹿茸也是很常見到採用鹿茸泡酒。傳統中醫認為，蛤蚧可助腎陽、益精血、補肺氣、定喘嗽；海馬則是可補腎壯陽、調氣活血，至於鹿茸的功效則是具有壯腎陽、補氣血、益精髓、強筋骨。植物性的中藥材就更多了，人參酒最常見，枸杞、當歸、川芎、生地、熟地等都可泡酒。

#### 加酒性可使藥氣走得動 也會有反作用

中醫黃敬仁醫師表示，很多人會用中藥材來泡酒，主要是加酒性，可以使藥劑的藥氣比較能走得動，很多傷科會用藥酒來活血化瘀；但是，中藥泡酒也不是都會使藥效有加乘作用，也有些會有反作用，例如大黃主要是瀉下，吃了之後會容易拉肚子，而在用酒九蒸之後，反而會使瀉下效果不會那麼強。

#### 勿用毒蛇及毒蜂 以免體質不合易過敏

至於要用酒泡中藥材來養生，林燕泙組長指出，隨著浸泡的藥材差別，藥效也會有差別，民間最常用的有高粱酒，也有人用米酒頭，最少泡一週，也有人會泡好幾年。通常如果酒精濃度太低，動物還沒死亡，泡很久還有可能會活著，不建議民眾浸泡不明的毒蛇及毒蜂，以免體質不合、過敏得不償失。(林燕泙 - 恩主公醫院中藥師組長; 黃敬仁 - 恩主公醫院中醫部醫師)
