#  蛋白、小麥、花生 國人最常見食物過敏原

許多人早餐習慣吃吐司、麵包，夾顆蛋、再喝杯牛奶，以為是豐盛的早餐，小心這些食物可能是造成過敏的來源！國內健檢診所公布最新十大過敏食物排行榜，蛋白、小麥、花生名列國人最常見的3大食物過敏原。

#### 慢性食物過敏大公布

一項健檢診所分析1至83歲、共1533位民眾，進行「慢性食物過敏」檢測，結果發現，蛋白是過敏食物之首，接著第2至10名依序是小麥、花生、螃蟹、蜂蜜、牛奶、奇異果、杏仁、牡蠣，以及芝麻。

進一步分析發現，竹筍、青椒、芋頭、四季豆、蘆筍是最常見的5大蔬菜過敏原；而奇異果、櫻桃、鳳梨、葡萄柚、香蕉，則是最常見的水果過敏原。

#### 長期慢性食物過敏 影響全身健康

肝膽腸胃科醫師鄭乃源指出，根據最新國際醫學研究指出，長期慢性食物過敏，容易導致身體、腸道產生慢性發炎，進而影響消化、免疫等功能，甚至經由腸腦軸線，影響大腦情緒反應；統計發現，疲倦、鼻過敏、脹氣、皮膚搔癢、眼睛發癢、失眠、起疹、頭痛、黑眼圈、胃酸過多，是最常見的10大過敏症狀，可能都與日常飲食有關。

#### 多外食、少蔬果 慢性食物過敏主因

鄭乃源強調，現代人外食多、蔬果攝取少，腸胃道中的微菌體種類跟著變少，可能加重食物過敏症狀，建議應多樣化飲食；而重度食物過敏原不是不能吃，可禁食3至6個月，再循序漸進少量攝取，有助緩和過敏症狀。

#### 食物過敏原檢測預防

鄭乃源醫師提醒，蛋白是最容易致敏的食物，因蛋白的蛋白質分子較巨大；若未細嚼慢嚥或腸道微菌體不健全，容易造成消化不完全的蛋白質分子進入腸道組織，而引發過敏反應，建議透過食物過敏原檢測，找出重度食物過敏原，以免影響健康及情緒。 (鄭乃源 - 健檢診所院長、肝膽腸胃科醫師)
