#  4大腹愁職業注意！ 腸胃3好習慣減輕負擔

上班族腸勞現況有新現象，調查發現「腸胃問題M型化」，即基層上班族腸胃不適煩惱多，而主管職大腸瘜肉比例偏高。全台90.8％上班族表示腸胃不順暢，更進一步發現便秘、腹脹、腹痛、腹瀉等問題的「腹愁者4大職業」，顯見因工作導致生活作息與飲食習慣不佳，使腸胃增加負擔的情況。

**腹愁者4大職業常忽略腸胃健康**

台灣癌症基金會近期研究發現不同腸胃問題最高比例的職業，包括便秘比例最高的醫療人員（54％），容易腹脹比例最高的記者（64.5％），而腹痛比例最多為行銷人員（24.1％），最明顯有腹瀉問題為財務會計人員（34.5％）等「腹愁者4職業」。台灣癌症基金會執行長暨萬芳醫院副院長賴基銘醫師補充說明，這些職業都有著專業技能、工時長、工時不固定等特徵，也就是所謂的責任制工作，常忽略腸胃健康。

**腸胃問題M型化趨勢**

除發現腹愁者4職業外，亦見腸胃問題M型化趨勢。在2,550位受訪上班族中，職等為主管者發現瘜肉率高達12.85％，職員則為3.97％。而反映腸胃不順暢問題者中，職員反映此問題者高達91.6％，其中便祕問題差異最為明顯，有44.8％表示有便秘問題，高於主管職者的34％。

探究原因進一步發現，在職級差異上可看出職級越高者，飲食不固定與宵夜習慣比例呈逐漸上升趨勢。針對此結果，賴基銘醫師強調，工作壓力與不正常用餐可能導致腸胃蠕動情況不正常，長久下來都有可能影響諸如便秘、腹瀉、消化不良等腸胃問題的產生。

**腸胃3好習慣：多蔬果、補好菌、少油膩**

「腸胃3好習慣」：

1\. 多吃蔬果，少紅肉：飲食均衡、用餐定時，減少高油烹煮習慣與紅肉的攝取，並提高蔬果攝取量。

2\. 菌相平衡，補好菌：提高排便順暢度，攝取促進腸道蠕動的食物（例如優酪乳、高纖維質食物），減少糞便停留腸道的時間，降低壞菌與毒素影響的機率。

3\. 飲食清淡，少油膩：飲食烹調減少高油與重口味的調味習慣，減少腸胃負擔。尤其過油、過重的調味，也會影響菌相平衡，壞菌可能漸占上風，讓腸胃負擔加重。

藉由腸胃3好習慣降低腸負擔，讓辛苦拚經濟的上班族得以在高壓工作中與不正常的生活型態共處，避免腸胃問題M型化成為健康的夢魘。
