#  愛喝含糖飲料嗎？ 當心膽固醇塞血管

別以為只有大魚大肉才會使膽固醇上升，如果你愛喝含糖飲料，可得要小心，也有可能使得膽固醇上升，甚至因此而導致血管阻塞！營養師建議，想要使血管通暢，最好是別喝含糖飲料，而且要多吃含水溶性膳食纖維的蔬果。

#### 使血管通暢 多吃含水溶性纖維食物

營養師尤宣文表示，想要使血管通暢，一定要多吃含有水溶性纖維的食物，例如蘋果與木耳就含有豐富的水溶性膳食纖維，飲食中並應該要降低容易造成膽固醇的食物，例如高油脂食物及高糖食物，而且應特別留意精緻糖食物，例如糕餅點心與含糖飲料，尤其是含糖飲料。

#### 含糖飲料 會使膽固醇上升

高糖食物中，可別忽略了含糖飲料；尤宣文指出，很多民眾大多已經知道高油脂食物會造成膽固醇上升，而且通常是攝取很大量的飽和脂肪，才有可能造成膽固醇上升，卻往往疏忽了含糖飲料，因為糖份也會使膽固醇增加，進而導致血管阻塞。

#### 飲料較沒飽足感 不知不覺吃進過多糖份

尤宣文營養師指出，少吃蛋與豬牛羊等動物性脂肪多的食物，可以預防膽固醇；但是，含糖飲料則更是要小心，因為吃肉或是吃蛋通常較有飽足感，而含糖飲料卻因為很容易一下就喝完700CC，比較沒有飽足感，就會不知不覺吃進過多糖份。 (尤宣文 - 董氏基金會營養師)
