#  糖友學控糖不難 病友支持團體開課了！

你會控糖嗎？首先要看懂食品標示！糖友必須嚴格監控血糖，以防病情惡化，但多數糖友不知如何著手。為此，台北市內湖區健康服務中心，安排營養師帶領糖友至賣場進行購物體驗課程，學習如何閱讀食品標示。

#### 8成糖友不看食品標示

台北市內湖區健康服務中心主任紀玉秋表示，為提升糖尿病照護品質，降低糖尿病併發症，105年針對糖尿病支持團體「湖心家族」學員進行「購買包裝食品前檢視標示」現況調查，結果顯示，有近8成的學員在購買包裝食品前，不會檢視食品標示。

#### 閱讀食品標示 分辨好壞食物

透過辦理閱讀食品標示課程，首先進行「飲食紅、綠燈」分組競賽，找出「NG及OK的食物」，接著到賣場購物停、看、聽，先檢視營養標示，才找出合適的食物。經過此課程後，學員閱讀食品標示比例由原先的21％提升至100％。

#### 團體課程成功學習控糖

紀玉秋主任表示，105年團體學員經過系列課程後，糖化血色素值小於7％者，由24％提升至44％，證實透過團體課程能夠讓糖友學習控糖、飲食控制及疾病管理，並且提升生活品質。
