#  暖冬還是要進補？ 燥熱體質應斟酌

冬天裡，民眾喜歡全家大小一起吃補品、火煱，團圓兼進補，中醫師張煒東提醒民眾，進補對於體質虛寒者較為合適，燥熱體質者可要斟酌，也建議冬天天氣冷時儘量要「早睡晚起」，尤其是老年人及慢性疾病患者！

#### 冬季不冷 進補次數要減少

今年冬天至今的情況不同於往年，沒有冷氣團來襲時氣溫頗高，冷氣團發威時在1、2天內溫度就驟降好幾度，所以，進補的次數要減少，甚至進補的中藥材份量也要比往年少，以免天氣回暖時因為進補過頭而有火氣大的情況出現。

#### 溫熱補法適合體質虛寒者

冬季並不是所有人都適合進補，一般常見的羊肉爐、薑母鴨、麻油雞、十全大補湯等都屬於溫熱補法，最適合體質虛寒、手腳冰冷、容易感冒的人。但是體質燥熱的人就不適合，若硬是要進補就容易出現口乾舌燥、口唇破、牙齦腫痛、流鼻血及失眠等火氣大的症狀。

#### 腸胃不好者進補要適量

張煒東醫師指出，腸胃功能差的人進補時要適量，因為有些中藥較滋膩難消化，而且藥膳中含有大量的肉類和油脂，對於腸胃較差的人，可能會胃腸悶脹、難消化。另外，正好感冒或發炎的人也不適宜進補，否則會出現咽喉痛或口乾舌燥等讓感冒症狀加重的狀況。

#### 慢性疾病患者不適合進補

患有高血壓、痛風、高血脂、肝硬化等慢性病者也不適合進補，若想進補就應避免吃到動物內臟或過多的肉類，並且只能少量進補。尤其是高血壓的人，不可吃太溫補中藥，並要注意鹽分的攝取，以免血壓升高。在飲食上，可多選用入腎的食材，如羊肉、核桃、黑芝麻等。

#### 冬季生活作息要避寒

根據古人經驗，冬天的生活作息要避寒，尤其是老人家或慢性疾病與抵抗力差的人，在戶外氣溫低時，盡量待在室內，室內可以使用電暖器等電器讓室內溫度維持穩定，氣候不穩定時傳染疾病多，少去公共場合。

#### 早睡晚起 動動身再下床

冬天早上等到氣溫較高時再起床，起床也不要馬上下床，可以在床邊活動，等身體暖和後再下床，即為「早睡晚起」，張煒東醫師提醒，穿著也是採取洋蔥式穿法，還要記得頭部與腳部的保暖，如此可避免受風寒而感冒。 (張煒東-衛福部彰化醫院中醫師)
