#  大魚大肉又喝酒 痛風腳劇痛

春節連續假期結束後，一名40歲的男性患者，早起一下床，右腳足背劇烈疼痛，走路困難且容易跌倒，前往醫院檢查才發現，原來他在過年期間大魚大肉，酒也喝了很多，經檢驗結果發現，尿酸值竟高達9mg/dL（正常值為7mg/dL以下），因此懷疑腳部劇痛應是痛風造成的。

#### 每逢長假或節慶 痛風病人增2成

內科醫師巫慶仁指出，痛風發作與過量的美食有絕對相關性，每逢長假或節慶過後，痛風發作的病人約會增加2成，這位患者半個月前也發生過類似的疼痛，除了建議這位患者以藥物治療急性疼痛之外，並給予飲食建議，要求病人注意哪些是要避免或應減量的食物。

#### 痛風患者要減少內臟、海鮮、豆類攝取

巫慶仁醫師指出，人體內的普林代謝後會變成尿酸，因此痛風患者要減少高普林食物的攝取，高普林食物包括有，火鍋湯底、內臟類、海鮮（部分魚類以及蝦蟹貝類等）、部分豆類、乾香菇、紫菜、火鍋肉湯及雞精等。

另外，餐桌上助興的美酒，雖然不是高普林食品，但是酒精及果糖類會代謝成乳酸，影響尿酸代謝，也會惡化痛風，高油脂食物則會抑制尿酸排泄，都應減少攝取。另外，並建議痛風患者多攝取水分，以稀釋血中尿酸濃度，並促進尿酸排出。

急性痛風發作，在治療上，通常會使用一些非類固醇抗發炎藥物，及秋水仙素，或合併類固醇來抑制關節腔發炎反應。雖然藥物的治療可以讓急性症狀較快緩解，以免疼痛拖到一兩周才痊癒。但是最重要的還是飲食的調整及水分的攝取，以降低相對尿酸的濃度。
