#### 自由基造成慢性發炎

鄞愉文, 美容婦科專科醫師指出，現代人飲食不均衡、營養素長期不足，且熱量攝取過量，隨著身體功能逐漸老化，無法清除體內自由基，器官組織所產生自由基就會持續累積，破壞身體組織細胞正常運作，進而變成慢性發炎慢性病，是造成疾病發生、加速老化的主要原因。
