#  6撇步 有效避免胃酸「燒」擾

一位66歲女性因時常胸悶及胃痛不適，吃甜食及油膩食物後、忙碌及壓力大時症狀更加嚴重，就醫檢查發現原來是因為吃飯速度過快引發的胃食道逆流，治療後仍反覆發作，吃藥則改善但未服藥又發作，因而求助中醫治療，於服中藥3個月後症狀改善，已不受胃痛「燒」擾。

#### 反酸、咳嗽、咽喉異物感

中醫科醫師蔡佩怡指出，胃食道逆流疾病是一種常見的慢性消化系統疾病，因此問題求醫的患者統計指出每年有攀升的趨勢，臨床表現常見有反酸、咳嗽、咽喉異物感、胸口燒灼感、胸悶胸痛、胃痛、腹脹等症狀，若未積極治療，久則導致食道長期接受胃酸的刺激，有可能導致癌前的病變。

#### 6方法有效避免胃食道逆流

職業婦女下班後忙家務，忙碌及壓力下時常導致無法好好休息，胃食道逆流頻頻發作，而過年餐餐大魚大肉，吃完飯後就躺在椅子上休息，胃食道逆流發作機率亦會升高，如何有效避免胃食道逆流的發作，蔡佩怡建議以下的做法：

#### 1）飲食控制：

減少攝取甜食、高脂質的食物、咖啡、或是巧克力，禁止煙和酒類等刺激性食物。

#### 2）生活作息：

建議不要吃消夜，晚餐與就寢時間間隔至少3小時，睡覺時應提高床頭約15公分，過緊的衣褲導致腹腔壓升高也會誘發胃食道逆流，因此穿著須選擇較寬鬆的衣褲。

#### 3）酌量服湯：

若不小心吃太多吃太飽，可以酌量服用火鍋湯，能夠快速有效消化食物及消除腹脹，但若是有三高或是痛風的人則避免用此方法。

#### 4）減少壓力：

壓力大也容易誘發胃食道逆流，放鬆心情也能讓腸胃道真正的休息。

#### 5）穴位按摩：

睡前按摩雙手的「內關」、「曲池」穴，雙腳的「足三里」、肚子上的「中脘」，每穴各按摩5分鐘，能減少胃食道逆流。

#### 6）推薦茶飲：
