狂吐又狂瀉，急性腸胃炎找上你了！根據醫師臨床經驗觀察，急性腸胃炎是過年期間最常見的腸胃疾病，不少患者都是吃到不新鮮的海鮮，或是過量飲酒，而引起急性腸胃發炎。

#### 嚴重水瀉、發燒快就醫

王文倫表示，急性腸胃炎最常見的症狀，有噁心、嘔吐、水瀉、腹部絞痛、全身倦怠，若是出現嚴重水瀉（一天超過10次以上）、發燒、血便，可能是細菌感染，應儘快就醫治療。

#### 多喝水加速復原

不少人過年期間飲食不忌口，過量攝取刺激性及辛辣的食物，例如甜食、咖啡、茶飲、酒精，或是吃到不新鮮的海鮮，就容易引起急性腸胃炎，大多數的患者只要多喝水、清淡飲食，就能在2至3天復原。

#### 不建議空腹

王文倫醫師建議，罹患急性腸胃炎者，應多補分水分及電解質，可飲用稀釋過的運動飲料，三餐飲食以清淡、少油、流質食物為主，例如稀飯或米湯，完全空腹則不建議。
