年節假期親友團聚無不吃美食歡慶，年後每個人可能都肥了2到3公斤；過年期間真的很難控制體重嗎？醫師建議，利用隔日斷食法可以有效控制體重，實行得當還能夠減重。

#### 隔日斷食法幫助減重

醫師宋晏仁指出，所謂的隔日斷食法為輕斷食減重，利用一天正常飲食、隔天限制熱量的飲食方式，這種控制體重的方式非常適合過年期間實行。

#### 適合過年習俗實行

宋晏仁舉例來說，中國傳統過年習俗，除夕圍爐、初一拜年、初二回娘家、初三祭祖、初四接神、初五開工，其中除夕、初二、初四，家家戶戶肯定準備了豐盛大餐，想要節食恐怕難以控制，建議正常飲食；而初一、初三、初五則可以實行輕斷食法。

#### 控制體重又能減肥

宋晏仁醫師說明，輕斷食法是將攝取熱量控制在500至600大卡以內，不建議食用精緻澱粉類，最好選擇飲用現打的蔬果汁，可少量食用蛋白質，例如雞肉、魚肉，只要確實落實隔日斷食法，控制體重不但不難，還能夠順便減肥。(宋晏仁, 台北榮民總醫院家庭醫學部特約主治醫師)
