農曆新年親友團聚，家家戶戶互相拜年，最少不了吃瓜子、開心果等零食聊天，但你知道怎麼挑選嗎？專家建議，挑選有包裝的產品為首要購買原則，並注意果實是否完整。另外，提醒民眾堅果類熱量頗高，千萬別吃太多。

#### 堅果類營養價值高 但熱量也高

過年最常見的零食，除了各類糖果、餅乾、果乾外，大紅喜氣的零食盒內一定有花生、瓜子、葵瓜子及開心果。中山醫學大學營養學系教授王進崑指出，堅果類的營養價值高，含有豐富的單不飽和脂肪酸，雖然有益人體健康；但熱量也不低，一天應以一把為限制。

#### 好品質的怎麼挑？

挑選花生、瓜子、開心果有訣竅嗎？王進崑教授表示，花生應選擇帶殼花生，品質好的花生，花生殼表面沒有破損；瓜子的外型要平滑、沒有凹凸，尤其皮薄、肉厚、沒有油耗味較佳；開心果則應選擇黃殼、綠仁，且果實大又飽滿，果實太白可能經過加工漂白。

#### 包裝比散裝有保障

王進崑教授強調，購買零食最好選擇包裝完整的產品，並注意製造日期及食用期限，選擇小包裝的產品，不容易吃過量、也比較不會變質，提醒太小的小孩避免食用，以免發生嗆咳意外。
