每到農曆春節假期，民眾總會準備一些零食，歡度春節假期。營養師蔡一賢提醒，無論是牛肉乾、豬肉乾，還是洋芋片、麻荖、春棗等食物，吃太多都會造成熱量堆積，以牛肉乾、豬肉乾來說，兩條大約一份，而一份熱量約70大卡，以體重60公斤計算，多吃兩塊牛肉乾或豬肉乾，必須快走15分鐘才消耗得掉。

**吃牛肉乾、豬肉乾 肉類就要少吃**

蔡一賢建議，民眾若要吃牛肉乾、豬肉乾等食物，正餐肉類就要少吃，若正餐肉類減少一份，快走時間7分鐘即可消耗掉多餘熱量。另外，像瓜子，一份瓜子約45大卡，以體重60公斤的人來說，必須健走10分鐘才能消耗掉這些熱量。

牛肉乾、豬肉乾等食物，除了熱量，鈉含量也較高，因此心血管疾病患者、高血壓患者與一般民眾都要減少食用。像洋芋片，除了熱量、鈉含量，脂肪量也較高，高血脂患者盡量少吃為妙。

**明智選擇 選出最適合產品**

民眾挑選零嘴時，可以利用每100g的營養標示，並根據自己的身體狀況，進行各產品的評估、比較。像是糖尿病病友在選擇零嘴時，就必須注意產品中所含的碳水化合物（醣類），此時就可以利用每100g的營養標示比較各產品中的熱量、含糖量，進而選擇出最適合的產品。

**確認份數以免落入熱量陷阱 散裝食品也要有標示**

許朝凱指出，包裝食品營養標示格式分為「每份及每100公克／毫升」或「每份及每日參考值百分比（%）」，有的產品每份的單位為50公克，但還是要標示每100公克╱毫升所含熱量、蛋白質、脂肪、糖、鈉含量，民眾才能有所比較。若是散裝產品，業者需要將相關資訊列於立牌、插牌等處，讓民眾多了解這些資訊。

營養標示的目的不是告訴民眾「如何吃」，而是要告訴民眾自己「吃進了什麼」。民眾選購年節食品，建議要「確認份數、留意熱量、明智選擇」，看懂標示、選對食物，才不會增加身體負擔。
