#  孩子常喝碳酸飲料 小心一跌倒就骨折！

你家的孩子愛喝碳酸飲料嗎？要小心可能一跌倒就會導致骨折！最近三個月，就有四位小學生因為骨折去就醫；醫師認為，這些孩子會骨折，和平常愛喝碳酸飲料，以及不愛運動大有關係。

收治這四名骨折小學生的中醫師何英強表示，這幾個骨折孩子的年齡分別從六歲到十歲，而且都是因為遭到推撞跌倒後，手去撐地，骨頭就斷了；在以前，我們即使是從樹上跌下來，頂多是破皮流血，不太會骨折，但是這些孩子卻是一跌倒，骨頭就碎了。

#### 使用局部活血化瘀中藥加速復原

中醫治療骨折會先進行X光檢查，然後將骨頭復位，並用夾板將患肢固定；何英強醫師指出，板子固定好患肢，會使用局部活血化瘀中藥來加速復原，復原後不用復健，但是在手術前中後都要照X光，若是有跑位可以進行調整；有些孩子膠質補充足夠，大約三週時間，骨折部位就癒合了。

#### 類似打上石膏不必手術

何英強醫師進一步指出，以中醫治療骨折類似打上石膏固定，好處是不必手術，最主要是得固定姿勢與擺位，手肘要被綁住垂在身邊；西醫一般會以手術後打上鋼釘固定患肢，好處是較不會跑位，但是手術切開部位會留下傷痕，並且會纖維化以及活動度變差，復原後必須要復健。

#### 少喝碳酸飲料+多補充鈣質+多運動

何英強醫師認為，這些孩子會這麼容易就骨折，和平常喝太多碳酸飲料，以及太少運動大有關，以致骨頭硬度不夠，韌性也不夠；所以，家長最好是不要讓孩子喝太多碳酸飲料，以及要多補充鈣質以及多運動，才能避免骨折發生。
