#  吃糖果能不蛀牙？ 這招可降低風險

小朋友最抵擋不住甜甜糖果的誘惑，就算吃飽飯了還是想吃，但吃糖果容易造成蛀牙，到底該怎麼辦呢？牙醫師表示，小朋友不是不能吃糖果、零食，而是應該「集中食用」，吃完後做好牙齒清潔，就能降低蛀牙風險。

#### 學齡兒童最容易蛀牙

林慧娟, 牙科主治醫師表示，6到12歲的學齡兒童是最容易蛀牙的年紀，此時期的口腔屬於混合齒列，也就是乳牙與恆牙同時並存，進而增加牙齒清潔的困難度，日常做好牙齒保健顯得更加重要。

#### 集中食用方法 降低蛀牙機率

林慧娟指出，許多兒童都有吃甜食、零食或是糖果的習慣，但這些食物的糖度高、黏性強，覆著在牙齒表面的時間較長，容易增加發生蛀牙的機率，最好不要吃或是少吃一點；也可以利用「集中食用」的方法，吃完零食、糖果就儘快清潔牙齒，不要再進食。

#### 臼齒窩溝封填 預防牙齒蛀牙

林慧娟強調，學齡兒童最容易蛀牙，只有藉由日常刷牙可能還不夠，建議可以進行臼齒窩溝封填，將新生臼齒的縫細凹陷處做窩溝填補，可以避免細菌藏匿，有助於預防蛀牙。
