#  癌友吃營養補充品 只選單方小心過量

癌友在罹癌時，因為化療和放療的副作用，往往會有食慾不振的情形，因此而會吃營養補充品；但是，在吃營養補充品時，還是得要注意成分，以免補充過量；臨床上，就有癌友吃太多維生素A的營養補充品，結果導致皮膚出現紅疹，反而得不償失。

#### 維生素A是脂溶性 無法排出導致皮膚紅疹

營養師蘇玉雪表示，癌友在吃額外的營養品時，仍應以均衡飲食為原則。就曾經有人只吃一種營養品，而且是含量高的維生素A，不但礦物質建議量超過，卻沒有熱量與蛋白質；且由於維生素A、D、E、K是脂溶性維生素，在腎功能不好的情況下，維生素A無法排出，結果造成皮膚出現紅疹。

#### 喝高蛋白單方營養品 要搭配米飯及蔬果

也有人吃營養補充品時，只是選擇高蛋白單方營養品，蘇玉雪指出，不是均衡配方，只是單方的高蛋白營養品不是不好，但是也要有熱量的搭配，否則體重會往下掉；所以，如果是喝高蛋白粉營養補充品時，仍然要搭配米飯及蔬果。

#### 要吃到六大類食物 可少量多餐

蘇玉雪提議，癌友仍然要吃到六大類食物，就是全穀根莖類、豆魚肉蛋類、蔬菜、水果、低脂乳品與油脂類，而且依據每個人活動量與身高體重，會做個別的建議；即使是在化療與放療，雖然會吃不下，但是仍然要少量多餐，攝取到每天該吃的營養。
