#  病毒性腸胃炎發威 清淡飲食該吃些什麼？

天氣不穩定，致使病毒蠢動，最近有好多人染上病毒性腸胃炎，導致上吐下瀉，不只是小孩染上此病，就連大人也遭殃；除了藥物治療以及多休息之外，飲食上也應該要多注意！營養師提醒，染上病毒性腸胃炎，尤其是要清淡飲食，但清淡飲食到底該怎麼吃呢？建議初期可吃些白稀飯和白吐司，之後可增加少油的蛋白質，以及纖維較少的蔬果食用。

**先讓腸胃休息一天 不要吃任何食物**

染上病毒性腸胃炎，最主要是受到**輪狀病毒**、**諾羅病毒**及**腺病毒**感染，大人與小都會發生病毒性腸胃炎，在飲食上有何禁忌呢？因為會出現上吐下瀉的症狀，往往也會食不下嚥，到底應該要如何來幫忙盡快復原呢？營養師張斯蘭表示，發生病毒性腸胃炎，最主要是先讓腸胃休息一天，先不要吃任何食物，但是可以喝些水。

**先從醣類食物吃起 可吃白稀飯、白吐司**

張斯蘭營養師指出，當開始可以吃食物時，就先從醣類的食物吃起，例如白稀飯以及白吐司，不要吃含油脂與蛋白質的食物。一般而言，大人與小孩吃的食物與流程差不多，但是要特別注意小孩的電解質部份，要避免小孩出現脫水現象，可以補充運動飲料，不過，要以一比一的方式加水稀釋，以免造成腎臟負擔。

**少油少蛋白質魚肉 以及低纖瓜果**

此外，當發生病毒性腸胃炎時，往往會有上吐下瀉的現象，不但人會很不舒服，甚至會營養流失，導致全身無力；所以，張斯蘭營養師建議，接下來就可以吃些少油少蛋白質的食物，或是吃一些低纖的蔬果，來增加營養，例如油脂較少的魚肉，或是也可提供低纖維的胡瓜、冬瓜、木瓜、蘋果等瓜果，也會較好消化。
