骨質疏鬆可不是等到老了才來預防，最好是及早預防才能避免發生骨折，尤其是進入更年期婦女，一旦停經後，沒有了雌激素的保護，骨質會快速流失；除了喝牛奶及補充鈣片之外，透過中藥也有很好的效果，例如龜鹿二仙膠、鹿角膠與阿膠等，都對預防骨質疏鬆有幫忙。

#### 防骨鬆還應該補充膠質

邱名榕, 長庚醫院藥劑部藥師表示，更年期婦女要預防骨質疏鬆，除了要補充鈣之外，也應該要補充膠質，而且要曬太陽吸收維他命D，可以幫助鈣質合成；由於骨質疏鬆容易造成骨折，若是沒有處理好會影響未來的生活品質，不得不慎！

#### 龜鹿二仙膠使用較多

對於更年期婦女最需要補充的膠質則是以龜鹿二仙膠使用較多，更年期婦女要預防骨鬆時，一般都會開立較為補益的龜鹿二仙膠，鹿角膠與阿膠等膠質含量高的藥材，但是服用時也要看體質。

#### 鹿角膠與阿膠也常用

邱名榕指出，由於鹿角膠是用鹿角製成，含有微量荷爾蒙成分，對於有子宮肌瘤與乳癌等婦科疾病，則要注意，要經過醫師評估後，謹慎使用；至於阿膠在甄嬛傳中有提及很多，阿膠藥性溫燥，主要是用在止血，若是月經只有一點點，不是很大量，則要看體質及服用的劑量來評是否適合使用。

#### 依據症狀與體質調整用藥

中醫治療疾病往往會依據體質；邱名榕藥師強調，除了依據體質，並且會看症狀，都要針對病況與體質來調整用藥；例如更年期婦女常會腎陰虛，陰虛又有些燥性，也可使用阿膠依據劑量來調整，滋陰藥效，再搭配其他的中藥，使用不同的組合，就可獲得改善。
