#  補過頭易頭昏 喉嚨痛、發燒不能補

天冷就手腳冰冷、鼻子不舒服，想來碗暖人參雞、羊肉爐嗎？

中醫師蕭育真強調，進補食材屬燥性，補過頭容易頭昏、流鼻血，特別提醒有喉嚨痛、發燒症狀的人，更要避免進補。

#### 溫補藥膳補氣血

蕭育真指出，坊間常見的溫補藥膳，例如羊肉爐、當歸羊肉湯、麻油雞，加入大量生薑熬煮，都有強身補元氣的功效。另外，四物湯、八珍湯、十全大補湯等，使用辛溫補性的中藥材，也可以補氣血，達到驅寒保暖的效果。

#### 咽喉炎避免進補

蕭育真中醫師提醒，進補食材多屬燥性，補過頭容易出現頭昏、流鼻血、皮膚乾燥等情形；若是有發燒、喉嚨痛等症狀，罹患咽喉炎的人更要避免進補，或是遵從醫師意見選擇補物。

#### 正常作息 擺脫手腳冰冷

蕭育真表示，怕上火的人可飲用桂圓紅棗茶，利用2到3顆桂圓及紅棗沖泡熱水，具有補氣養血作用。而正常的作息也很重要，建議夜晚11時至凌晨3時應熟睡，氣血會更暢通，有助擺脫手腳冰冷。
