#  輕食就可放心吃？ 當心隱藏高糖失控危機

明明飲食節制，怎麼血糖還是高？許多糖尿病患者日常飲食已經避開白飯、白麵、少喝含糖飲料了，但血糖仍居高不下。醫師舉例，不少輕食都是隱藏版高糖食物，包括茄汁義大利麵、玉米濃湯、西點麵包等，每100公克至少含有2顆以上的方糖。

#### 節日慶祝吃大餐 血糖易失控

萬聖節即將到來，民眾歡樂慶祝，醫師卻相當憂心。陳榮福, 高雄長庚醫院新陳代謝科主任, 表示，每當節日到來，正是糖尿病患者病情失控的高峰，許多病友平時血糖控制良好，碰上節日親朋好友相約慶祝吃大餐，吃下一頓豐盛佳餚，血糖馬上就失控。

#### 輕食隱藏高糖 義大利麵、玉米濃湯上榜

除了吃大餐外，許多輕食也是隱藏版高糖食物。陳榮福舉例，茄汁義大利麵的醬汁用番茄醬調味，每500克番茄醬等於6顆方糖；玉米濃湯中的玉米為高升糖食物，而濃湯可能添加麵粉及奶油，一碗約含有2至3顆方糖；西點麵包製作過程加入糖、油、鹽及添加物，含糖量為25％，約4至5顆方糖。

#### 半數糖尿病友 死於心臟疾病

陳榮福強調，糖尿病患者必須時時維持血糖平穩，血糖過高過低、忽高忽低都會傷害大小血管，長期血糖失控恐罹患心血管疾病，包括致命的心臟病、心臟衰竭、心肌梗塞、心律不整等，高達半數的糖尿病患者死於心臟疾病；另外，糖尿病也會增加腎病變、失明等風險。他建議病友，學會認識食物、正確飲食、規律運動，並聽從醫囑用藥，也能與糖尿病和平共處。
