「抗老」是許多女性追求的夢想，但其實除了擦保養品、勤做醫美外，由內而外從身體機能延緩老化才是一大重點，其中最重要的就是飲食了，吃錯食物可能讓你辛勤的保養化為烏有，甚至成效不佳，醫師建議補充優質蛋白質，才能越吃越年輕。

#### 攝取優質蛋白質 對皮膚好處多

美國抗老化暨再生醫學專科醫師蔡美智表示，大部分肌膚的老化都與膠原蛋白及黑色素有關係，若能廣泛攝取優質蛋白質，對皮膚有相當多好處，例如魚肉、植物性蛋白質都能多方攝取，但紅肉類蛋白質則不屬於優質蛋白質。常見的植物性蛋白質有毛豆、黃豆、山藥、木耳，都含有豐富的蛋白質，能夠刺激膠原蛋白增生，此時別忘了補充維生素C，才能將這些膠原蛋白送達需要之處，同時還有美白的功能。

#### 避紅肉、油炸物、精緻糖類 多蔬菜纖維

蔡美智醫師指出，想保持年輕，記得避免食用紅肉類、油炸類食物，精緻糖類也需要避免，如市售的含糖飲料經常含有過多糖份，會在體內很快的產生糖化作用，容易讓皮膚產生皺紋，同時提早老化。此外，花椰菜、地瓜葉、空心菜都是相當好的抗氧化蔬菜，不僅價格便宜易取得，還有豐富的纖維質、礦物質。

蔬菜中含有纖維，可以吸附腸道中的毒素，讓這些毒素不會在體內殘留太久，能夠隨著糞便排出，當體內的毒素減少了，自然而然老化也就遠離了，蔬菜中也有豐富的B群、礦物質，也可以達到美白的效果。

#### 多運動保青春

若是生活較忙碌，無法攝取均衡飲食的民眾，蔡美智醫師建議可以使用口服抗老化產品，如口服抗氧化劑、口服月見草油、口服膠原蛋白，最重要的是多運動，才是維持青春的不二法則。
