進入秋涼時節食慾大增，過量進食小心恐使三酸甘油脂上升，且易引發心血管疾病！嘴饞愛吃又怕三酸甘油脂上身，怎麼辦？根據研究顯示，omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸可有效降低三酸甘油脂，並預防心臟病。

#### 大啖零食糖飲 血脂飆升引爆心臟病

家醫科診所院長楊淵琪指出，不少民眾在夏秋換季之際，特別容易飢餓而感到食慾大增，但須注意要少吃零食、糕點及含糖飲料、酒飲等，因為這些碳水化合物的食物熱量高，容易導致脂肪堆積肝臟。為了分解多餘的脂肪，肝臟將脂肪以三酸甘油脂的形式釋放到血液中；當血中三酸甘油脂超標，長期大於150mg/dl，會造成新陳代謝失調，引發高三酸甘油脂血症，是發生心臟病、中風的主要危險因子。

#### 魚油富含EPA、DHA 有效降三酸甘油脂

如何降低三酸甘油脂呢？楊淵琪院長強調，魚肉中的魚油含有EPA及DHA，屬於omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸，具有調節血脂代謝的功效，透過抑制極低密度脂蛋白膽固醇合成，降低血中三酸甘油脂濃度，亦可減緩血液凝結速率，達到保護心血管的作用；但人體無法自行合成omega-3多元不飽和脂肪酸，必須藉由日常飲食攝取。根據歐美國家建議，每天攝取1至2公克的魚油，約300至600毫克的EPA及DHA，就可以有效降低血中三酸甘油脂濃度；但若攝取過多，可能增加出血的副作用。

#### 魚油來源的EPA及DHA功效明確

但EPA及DHA的來源，除了魚類，還有如藻類或鱗蝦等。楊淵琪院長解釋，魚類的來源較多而容易取得，EPA及DHA的含量高，且功效明確，已有多項文獻證實；藻類雖然DHA含量高，卻完全沒有EPA，而鱗蝦EPA及DHA的含量也比魚類低，且其安全性及文獻，都有待進一步研究證實。坊間魚油保健品非常多，選購魚油保健品，可得要張大眼，建議選擇通過食品安全認證，SGS檢驗不含重金屬、西藥、有機溶劑殘留，且有c-GMP藥廠把關最好。
