許多人早上習慣喝一杯牛奶加燕麥，口感香濃滑順又有飽足感，趕著上班的人常常當作早餐充飢；對此，養生達人譚敦慈表示，牛奶、燕麥都是很健康的食物，但兩者搭配在一起可能不太適合，牛奶的高鈣加上燕麥的植酸，會阻礙體內鈣質吸收，建議搭配豆漿比較好。

#### 老人骨鬆症嚴重

骨質疏鬆症是老年人常見的慢性疾病。根據中華民國骨質疏鬆症學會統計，台灣50歲以上成人，骨質疏鬆症的比例女性40％、男性24％；65歲以上，每4人中有1人因骨質疏鬆造成脊椎壓迫性骨折。

#### 牛奶加燕麥阻礙鈣質吸收

譚敦慈，林口長庚醫院毒物實驗室護理師，表示，牛奶富含高鈣質對強健骨骼很有幫助，很多人習慣喝牛奶補充鈣質、預防骨質疏鬆症，例如牛奶加燕麥就是常見錯誤搭配，因燕麥富含的植酸會與牛奶的高鈣、高鐵結合，降低小腸對鈣質的吸收率，加速鈣質排出體外。

#### 毛豆鈣質含量豐富

譚敦慈建議，早餐想喝燕麥搭配豆漿比較適合，不會影響鈣質的吸收率，且豆製品也含有鈣質，素食者擔心鈣質攝取不足就可多吃豆類、豆製品，例如毛豆含有豐富的鈣質，食用半碗就能補足一天所需的鈣質。她提醒，燕麥也含有高磷，腎臟病患者最好少吃。
