#  吃太鹹健康亮紅燈 還會影響兒童智力發展

好吃的食物往往是重口味，多油、多糖、多鹽的結果，導致很多慢性疾病；至於兒童若是常吃重口味的食物，不只容易體重超標，更有可能也吃出疾病，甚至是影響智力。所以，兒童不想成為小胖子，在飲食上要少油少糖之外，也得要注意不可攝取過多鹽份！營養師提醒，兒童攝取過多鹽份，會影響鋅的吸收，恐使智力發展受阻；所以，每天鹽份攝取量最好不要超過2000毫克的鈉。

#### 鈉易使血壓上升 影響心血管健康

周千欽,台北市立聯合醫院營養師,表示，飲食中鈉攝取過多，容易使血壓上升，進而引起中風，長期攝取過量鈉，還會使水份代謝異常，不但會影響腎臟功能，造成水腫，並會使心臟負荷加重，甚至會導致鈣質流失，造成骨質疏鬆。

#### 鈉攝取過多 鋅與鉀都會受到影響

不只是成年人會因為吃太鹹而使健康亮紅燈，兒童如果攝取過多的鈉，對生長發育是有影響的。周千欽營養師指出，如果鈉攝取過多，會導致鋅吸收受到影響，兒童若是少鋅，智力發展會受阻，而且鈉太多也會造成鉀流失，進而造成容易讓人倦怠與四肢無力。

#### 兒童鈉攝取量 一天不宜超過2000mg

建議成年人一天鹽份攝取量不可超過6g，而鈉含量不可超過2400mg，至於兒童並沒有特別建議量；但是，周千欽建議，兒童一天最好不宜攝取超過2000mg的鈉。至於飲食中尤其是零食鈉含量不可小看，例如夾心餅乾、洋芋片及運動飲料的鈉含量都很高，還有家長在準備早餐時，最好少用含鈉高的培根與火腿，多用雞蛋與番茄，而水煮鮪魚也比油漬鮪魚少鹽。
