#  喝太多含糖飲料 容易得這些癌症

喝太多含糖飲料，不只會造成肥胖、糖尿病、心臟-代謝性疾病等多種問題，還可能導致多種癌症。過去研究顯示，含糖飲料可能增加胰臟癌、子宮內膜癌、大腸癌等風險，美國最新研究更發現，子宮頸癌存活患者往往喝較多含糖飲料，這可能對健康造成負面影響。

**遠離癌症 應避免吃太多糖**

研究作者認為，想要減少民眾糖分攝取量，應將重點放在低社經地位族群、年輕男性族群，特別是曾有子宮頸癌病史族群，更要避免攝取額外糖份。研究成果已發表於2016年10月號〈轉譯癌症研究〉期刊（Translational Cancer Research）。

過去研究早發現，含糖飲料與肥胖、糖尿病、心臟-代謝性疾病及一些癌症息息相關。越來越多人罹患癌症，攝取過多糖份這種危險因子日漸重要。

研究資深作者美國路易西安納州立大學健康科學中心公共衛生學教授梅琳達‧少森表示，近來不少研究發現，含糖飲料攝取量與胰臟癌、子宮內膜癌風險有關，大腸癌復發機率、癌症存活患者死亡率等，也都與含糖飲料大有關聯。

**有無罹癌 都不要吃太多糖**

研究團隊分析2003年到2012年間「美國國家健康與營養調查報告」中的22182名成年人數據，對照這些人攝取含糖飲料與癌症發生之間的關聯性。結果發現，女性過去曾有子宮頸癌病史的人，常喝很多含糖飲料，其他癌症存活者一天透過含糖飲料吃下30到40公克的糖，子宮頸癌存活者的糖份攝取量明顯增加，一天透過含糖飲料攝取到的糖分達60公克。

研究作者指出，美國心臟協會建議，從含糖飲料所攝取的熱量，一星期最好不要超過450大卡，或一星期不要喝超過三罐12盎司（約355毫升）的汽水。一般人多半不曉得自己吃了多少糖，從研究結果來看，限糖策略應著重於低社經地位、年輕男性，而無論有無罹患癌症，也都要盡量限制糖份攝取，子宮頸癌存活者也是一樣，不宜攝取過多糖份。
