開計程車的姜姓中年男子，季節變化時關節時常酸痛，天冷時還會有尖銳刺痛感，觸碰時會有壓痛感，原以為是長期坐在車裡，肢體久未伸展導致機能退化，發作之後，大約1星期內會痊癒，但是下次又會突然發作，頻率越高，伴隨而來的疼痛指數也越來越高，肢體關節還腫脹如小球，夜晚無法入眠，就醫後確診為痛風關節炎。

#### 關節腫脹、移動困難、睡不著

姜姓男子平日開計程車，偶爾會喝點小酒，某次夜晚突如其來的痛感造成他無法入睡，緊急吃了止痛藥延緩疼痛，卻在隔日又發生同樣的狀況，且吹到風後疼痛感更加劇，皮膚表面紅腫，關節腫脹、移動困難，整夜翻來覆去。

#### 吃食物非食品 多喝水不憋尿

痛風性關節炎與飲食有關，攝取過油、過鹹的食物會造成尿酸值太高，形成結晶堆機在關節，好發於中年男性，現代人飲食無肉不歡，有痛風症狀的民眾，應該避免大魚大肉、多吃食物而非食品、大量喝水並不要憋尿對於慢性疾病的患者，含糖尿病、高血壓、痛風、腎臟疾病等，在食用火鍋時，應盡量避免喝湯，要拿一碗清湯或開水，食用前將煮熟的食物先過水、湯鍋中的油脂先撈掉後再食用，這樣可減少鈉、過多油脂的攝取，另外，火鍋含有高普林，患有慢性病的民眾應盡量避免食用。

#### 內臟、魚、豆芽 含高普林

普林是一種細胞核中的物質，DNA、RNA的原料，也是造成尿酸結晶的主要成份，許多食物都含有高普林，動物內臟、魚類、豆芽菜等，食用過多會導致身體的負擔，1/5的普林來自食物，4/5的普林來自代謝後的產物，因此，代謝功能差的民眾，應該要避免攝取，並且在飲食方面，作好自我調整，避免落入慢性關節炎風險。(文章授權提供／優活健康網)
