#  一日蔬果汁斷食法 中秋大吃後腸胃急救

大時大節加上連假數天，不少人放肆大吃大喝，甚至毫無節制一連烤肉烤了4天，肚子都堆滿了油膩的食物，出現腹脹、便祕等腸胃問題怎麼辦？營養師李婉萍推薦「一日果汁斷食法」，利用高膳食纖維、果膠的蔬果，加速食物排空、淨化腸胃，有助排便順暢。

#### 肉食太多易腸胃不適

李婉萍表示，根據臨床經驗發現，當連假天數愈多，體重數字上升愈多；若中秋節烤肉連烤4天，恐怕吃下過量的食物，尤其國人喜愛肉食、少蔬果，高蛋白、高油脂的食物，在腸胃道停留時間較久，容易消化不良，而出現腹脹、腹痛、便祕等問題。

#### 果汁斷食法限一日

李婉萍分享「一日果汁斷食法」，方法是早餐利用一顆蘋果、一顆奇異果加水打成果汁，午餐也喝新鮮蔬果汁，晚餐吃一根香蕉。她說，蔬果汁富含的膳食纖維、果膠，可加速腸道蠕動，縮短廢物停留時間，同時淨化腸胃道，排便也較順暢。

#### 久坐易肥胖

李婉萍營養師也建議，連假後應增加運動量，可站著看電視取代坐著看電視，長時間久坐會導致新陳代謝變差，肌肉處於靜止狀態，腸胃的消化酵素減少，不只容易腸胃不適，連帶影響壞的膽固醇升高、好的膽固醇下降，肥胖機會也大增。
