中秋節少不了月餅，但你可知道月餅熱量有多驚人？最新調查發現，常吃的廣式月餅，熱量高居各類月餅之冠，一個高達850大卡，熱量相當於吃下3.5碗飯，要跑步2.5小時才能完全消耗。

#### 月餅熱量揭秘

雙和醫院針對市售月餅進行調查，結果發現，一個200克的廣式月餅，熱量850大卡；一個60克的蛋黃酥，熱量約250至300大卡；一個70克的綠豆凸，熱量也有260大卡。

#### 月餅高糖高脂

「月餅含有高糖、高脂肪！」雙和醫院營養室組長莊世玟表示，月餅的外皮多以麵粉、蛋、奶油、豬油、糖製成，內餡則為烏豆沙、綠豆沙、蛋黃、豆沙、棗泥、五仁、椰蓉或蓮蓉，使用的糖、油脂用量都很高，只要吃一個，血糖、血脂就會馬上飆升。

#### 切塊共享聰明吃

莊世玟組長強調，一個廣式月餅，熱量高達850大卡，等同吃下3.5碗白飯，要跑步2.5小時才能完全消耗，但一般人通常都無法做到，建議民眾聰明吃月餅，將月餅切塊共享，不要獨自吃一個，尤其三高慢性疾病患者，更要酌量食用，以免影響病情控制。
