#  巧克力含多酚類抗氧化 哪些人不可吃？

七夕情人節即將來臨，最被看好的情人節禮物應該就是巧克力了，巧克力是由可可豆做的，而且還會添加很多其他的成分，為了好吃，更是會加很多糖，即使是黑巧克力，也會有糖；所以，營養師建議，要吃巧克力也應適可而止，而且有糖尿病與腎臟病者就應忌口！

#### 市售巧克力都含有精緻糖

巧克力是由可可豆先製成可可汁，可可汁再製成可可脂與可可粉，之後再進一步加工製成巧克力。藍玉芬, 臺北市立聯合醫院和平院區營養師表示，巧克力雖然含有豐富的酚類，但是若要吃到對身體健康有效，需要很大的量，而市售巧克力都含有精緻糖，對身體的負擔反而比較大。

#### 巧克力含酚類有抗氧化效果 但多吃同時也吃入過多糖份

藍玉芬營養師指出，巧克力成分對健康有益之處是酚類，酚類是植物中很天然的植化素，有抗氧化效果，能對抗自由基，但若是要以吃巧克力來保健，對身體不見得有多大的保健作用；所以，若只是因應情人節，也應淺嚐即可，平常也不宜多吃，吃多了巧克力，還可能因為攝入過多糖份，而會導致肥胖。

#### 糖尿病人和腎臟病人應忌口

藍玉芬指出，巧克力不僅含糖量高，對於糖尿病人不適合食用之外，巧克力鉀含量也高，腎臟病人也應避免，而且巧克力也含有咖啡因，所以會心悸者，也要注意；此外，糖友還要注意，血糖要控制總糖量，除了要避免精緻糖，還應該選擇低GI食物複合性醣類（如全穀根莖類）為宜。
