#### 穿小一號內衣想爆乳 小心反影響乳腺代謝

其實身體老化最快的部位就是胸部，這時若採以不正確方式，包括激烈運動、不當飲食，食物過水不吃油、吃素不吃肉或錯誤按摩等，都可能影響乳房的豐滿度；廖國鈞醫師說，像是為了營造爆乳的視覺效果，有女性就會刻意穿小一號內衣，但長期下來不但會影響乳腺的代謝，還可能造成兩邊胸部發育不對稱等問題。

#### 吃甜食使胰島素上升 影響荷爾蒙反使罩杯縮水

廖國鈞說，女性從青春期開始，胸部就會開始發育，約20歲發育完成，直到35歲以後胸部就會開始出現變小等情況，這時若錯誤穿著內衣，又飲食錯誤，像是喝咖啡吃甜食，就會使胰島素快速上升，因而影響荷爾蒙分泌，罩杯當然也會跟著縮水。

#### 正確飲食加按摩 維持罩杯找回自信

但到底要如何維持罩杯呢？其實女性在25歲以後一樣要擁有均衡飲食的習慣，避免過度節食，尤其挑選內衣時要選擇適合的尺寸，包括注意胸廓寬度等細節；廖國鈞醫師提醒，女性也可透過按摩方式幫助維持罩杯，像是以乳暈為中心，逐漸向外順時針或逆時針按摩等方式，就不怕罩杯一直掉，影響自信心。
