**腸胃健康 睡眠品質跟著提升**

若飲食不適當，就可能因腸內菌叢遭破壞，影響腸胃道神經內分泌，造成消化不良，甚至自律神經失調等症狀；張祐禎指出，目前許多研究都證實，腸內菌叢確實會影響腦部的功能運作，因此想要改善睡眠品質，可從保衛腸胃健康開始做起。

**脾胃虛弱 可多喝生薑湯舒緩**

屬於脾胃虛弱患者，常常會感到食慾差或胃脹不舒等現象，這時就可煮生薑湯，或在湯品加入生薑片幫助改善；若為脾胃濕熱鬱積患者，因常會出現口臭、腹部悶熱脹等現象，則可食用醃白蘿蔔、白蘿蔔鮮湯等，幫助清理腸道，改善體質；至於因脾胃濕熱上逆造成的胸悶或水腫等症狀，則可吃適量綠豆薏苡仁湯，有助於緩解症狀。

**養成良好生活習慣 也能夜夜好眠**

透過飲食改變加上適量運動，將腸胃調整好，自然睡眠和情緒問題也能跟著改善；張祐禎醫師呼籲，養成正確的生活習慣，對症下藥，也能夜夜好眠，但要注意，若症狀遲遲未改善，建議就醫檢查，確診是否因其他疾病所引起。
