#  心情好低落！ 甘麥大棗湯讓你擺脫鬱卒

一名從事業務的上班族，前陣子因為工作不順，經常半夜得要打越洋電話連絡，致使作息大亂，不但之後出現失眠，心情也好低落；經由中醫調理服用甘麥大棗湯，情況已好轉，這才擺脫了鬱卒的壞心情。

**浮小麥+甘草+大棗**

謝旭東, 台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區中醫科醫師表示，**中藥甘麥大棗湯**能改善憂鬱症，若心情鬱卒，可以用浮小麥、甘草與大棗各三錢煮水喝，也可做成茶包沖泡飲用，有助穩定心情，不會鬱悶。

**九成憂鬱病人會出現失眠**

有不少憂鬱症病人會因為服用西藥出現副作用，進而去找中醫治療；謝旭東醫師指出，憂鬱症病人有九成以上會出現失眠，有人在吃了西藥後會有白天嗜睡副作用，也有會因為吃西藥沒效，或是躁鬱症病人睡不著覺，就改用中藥治療。

**憂鬱症是因肝鬱的結果**

謝旭東指出，會出現憂鬱症，往往都有其原因，婦女會出現產後憂鬱症，或是個性過於內向而有憂鬱症，以及有慢性病治不好出現久病厭世，甚至年輕人失戀而出現的憂鬱情緒，在中醫都認為憂鬱症和肝有關，因為肝屬情志，憂鬱和鬱卒都是因為肝鬱的結果。

**旅遊可使心曠神怡 有助解憂鬱**

對於憂鬱症的中醫治療，謝旭東醫師說，除了可以用甘麥大棗湯之外，也可以採用針灸內關等穴位，可以改善胸口悶等症狀，而且最好是能出外踏青，不要總是待在家裡看電視，要經常出去走走，多接近大自然，旅遊可以心曠神怡，使心情開朗精神愉悅，也有助改善憂鬱症。
