#  大吃大喝紓壓 小心病態情緒化飲食

一名27歲女性，常常加班到深夜，回到家總喜歡吃洋芋片、蛋糕等高熱量食物，才覺得有放鬆感覺，但隔天起來卻又罪惡感，導致整天不吃，但晚上回到家又開始放縱吃垃圾食物，日復一日形成惡性循環，不但狂冒青春痘，且常常情緒不穩、經期不正常，也讓肥胖找上門，就醫檢查，醫師發現原來是情緒化飲食症候群。

**情緒化飲食變成現代疾病 年增三成**

情緒化飲食雖不是疾病，但臨床上病例每年增加三成，尤其又以科技業、需輪班行業或是記者等職業居多；松德精神科診所醫師林耿立指出，主要是因工作壓力大造成心理的不確定感，透過飲食舒緩情緒，加上作息長期不正常影響下，才會導致情緒化飲食症候群出現。

**處於危險情境 易攝取高熱量食物**

高熱量食物能讓血糖快速上升，帶給心理快樂感覺，也有助於睡眠，但當處於壓力大、經期前七天或過餐不吃等危險情境下，大量攝取垃圾食物，就可能會埋下危險因子；林耿立醫師說，嚴重時不但會造成失眠、體重起伏大，也很容易造成記憶力下降、血糖不穩等，甚至可能引發憂鬱、失智等疾病，影響健康。

**改變飲食習慣 遠離情緒化飲食**

治療上，通常會採以血清素藥劑，幫助患者穩定情緒，且提醒患者遇到危險情境時，應該如何事前預防；林耿立醫師呼籲，臨床上女性出現情緒化飲食的機率又高於男性，要避免陷入危險情境，最好的方式就是要養成正常的飲食習慣，可利用回家前先吃高蛋白、富含纖維等食物，穩定血糖，也可配合運動等其他紓壓管道，減少透過飲食來抒發情緒。
