小孩子活潑好動，玩累了常吵著要吃點心；許多家長貪圖方便，就隨便買了零食、糖果讓孩子充飢，認為對健康無關緊要。營養師提醒，吃多了高熱量、低營養的加工食品，不只容易肥胖，還有添加物危害健康的疑慮。

**加工食品低營養**

您家的幼兒平常都吃什麼點心呢？是濃湯、蛋糕、果醬吐司，還是珍珠奶茶？歐于詳, 台北市立聯合醫院仁愛院區營養師指出，坊間充斥許多高熱量低營養的食物，尤其應避免習慣選擇加工、高熱量及高糖食品。

**點心自己做最健康**

「健康飲食應從小紮根！」歐于詳營養師強調，兒童早期經驗及記憶，會影響對食物正確觀念與選擇，建議家長準備幼兒點心時，應以天然食材為原則，避免過多的加工食品及調味料，讓孩子吃得營養健康，加上適度運動，養成強健身體，為未來打好基礎。

**菠菜小魚粥 補鈣又護眼**

歐于詳提供一道簡單的點心「菠菜小魚粥」，材料有米、菠菜、吻仔魚，作法是將米加水煮成粥，再加入菠菜及吻仔魚煮5 分鐘，灑少許鹽調味即可。吻仔魚富含鈣質，有助於強化骨骼，而菠菜有豐富的維他命 C、胡蘿蔔素、蛋白質、礦物質、鈣、鐵，可保護視力。
