#  熱爆了！ 消暑氣食療方報你知

這幾天氣溫節節上升，亞洲各大城市已出現攝氏37度高溫，炎熱指數爆表！氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典更是在臉書發文，要大家學習與高溫的環境共處。至於在這麼炎熱的環境之下，除了吹冷氣之外，體內更是應該要清涼消暑，吃些消暑氣食療方，才有益身體健康。

**白木耳+蓮子+桂圓+西洋參**

有什麼食療方可以消暑呢？中醫師柯富揚指出，白木耳、蓮子、桂圓與西洋參煮湯喝，能夠益氣養陰又能生津止渴。夏天除了要消暑，更是需要補氣，炎熱天氣，身體易於燥熱，消暑時也要顧到陽氣，這時可吃人參，但是不要吃紅參，因為紅參太燥熱，吃紅參就有如火上加油，應該吃白參，例如西洋參花旗參，才可以益氣養陰。

**薏仁+綠豆+紅豆+哈蜜瓜+西瓜**

夏天會暑熱夾濕氣，致使很多人容易中暑；所以，柯富揚中醫師建議，想要防中暑，可吃些清暑益氣利濕的薏仁、綠豆與紅豆，至於能清暑氣水果則是有哈蜜瓜與西瓜，尤其是西瓜白色的部份，中醫稱之為西瓜翠玉，可以切下涼拌吃，也可以切片煮水喝，能夠清暑氣，改善中暑。

**清暑益氣湯+生脈飲**

此外，由於夏天氣溫高，很容易流汗，尤其是台灣夏天除了炎熱，還會夾有濕氣，就會讓人易於中暑；而要解決中暑，柯富揚中醫師說，若是已出現中暑，可使用中藥清暑益氣湯以及生脈飲，生脈飲顧名思義，就能夠讓脈搏重整。
