#  吃冰會傷身？ 營養師教你如何健康享用

天氣熱的難受，好想吃些冰品，清涼一下，但是中醫往往都不建議吃冰，以免影響身體正常運作，甚至還強調大熱天要喝熱茶才健康；營養師則說，冰品的熱量較高，吃冰品首要注意容易造成肥胖，而且不要吃含有色素的冰品，以免引起過敏。

**小心冰品所含糖份與色素**

中醫認為，夏天不宜吃冰，但是在某些情況下可以吃冰，若是出現咽喉炎、口腔黏膜破損吞嚥困難，可以吃冰淇淋、奶昔等緩解口腔不適，增加身體能量。台安醫院營養師劉怡里則表示，西醫並沒有禁止吃冰品，但是要小心冰品中所含的糖份與色素；此外，大熱天忽然吃冰會使血管收縮，高血壓病人有可能血壓上升，胃腸弱的人也有可能出現胃痛，要特別注意。

**甜筒冰淇淋140大卡相當於半碗飯**

劉怡里營養師指出，冰品含糖份往往很高，尤其是越酸的冰品，例如檸檬與金桔，為了口感好，含糖較高，或是酸梅冰則是鈉與糖都高；所以，在選擇冰品時，最好是以食材本身就有甜度的為宜，例如紅豆、地瓜、薏仁等。至於冰淇淋則是脂肪高，甜筒冰淇淋大約就有140大卡，相當於半碗飯熱量，若是加上甜筒，就要再增加50-80大卡。

**吃進過多色素會出現過敏**

另外，尤其要注意的是食安問題；劉怡里營養師進一步指出，冰品中常含有色素，雖然是可食用色素，但是吃多了也不好，小朋友吃進過多色素，會出現過敏現象，且會因此而影響學習，以及產生皮膚病；所以，冰品若是由芒果或是火龍果現打的，以食材自然呈現顏色較佳。

**水果冷凍或加優格製成冰沙**

劉怡里營養師並建議，其實可以自己在家製作冰品，可直接將水果洗乾淨剝皮之後，放到冷凍庫，例如將荔枝冰凍後吃，或是以優格加水果製成冰沙，不要額外加糖，就可以吃冰品吃得很健康。
