#  坐月子喝生化湯 小心別喝錯！

媽咪坐月子多會服用生化湯，但其實並非適用於每個人，主要是因胎盤排出後，子宮會收縮來壓迫血管，達到止血的作用，但若胎盤排不出來，就可能影響子宮收縮，造成產後出血不止，因此醫師會在產後開立數天的子宮收縮劑，這時會建議生化湯和子宮收縮劑不需要同時服用。

**剖腹產媽媽 生化湯可減少服用量**

生化湯有促進子宮收縮等作用，尤其產後媽媽有血虛、血瘀等症狀，且產後2至3天若有腹痛問題，排除感染風險之後，若確診為血瘀，就適合服用生化湯；吳佳玟, 開業親子中醫診所主治醫師指出，但若為剖腹產媽媽，因在手術過程，醫師都已將子宮處理乾淨，生化湯就可減少服用量。

**長期用生化湯恐影響子宮內膜修復 應依體質調整藥材**

吳佳玟醫師說，若單用生化湯且服用時間長，就可能會影響子宮內膜的新生修復，這時就可由中醫師依照產後媽媽體質來調整藥材，像是元氣虛的媽媽，可酌加黃耆、黨參等藥材；若屬於發熱汗出者，可選用柴胡、黃芩、知母等；乳腺不通則可加入蓪草；另外若有小腹痛等症狀的媽媽，則可加入蒲黃、五靈脂等幫助舒緩。

**生化湯仍屬藥物 經評估後服用較佳**

通常般自然產在產後3天，或停用子宮收縮劑後，生化湯僅需連續服用5至7帖，腹產則在產後5天連續服用3至5帖即可；吳佳玟呼籲，生化湯雖能幫助子宮收縮，達到去瘀血效果，但仍屬於藥物，建議仍需諮詢專業中醫師協助，對症下藥，才能避免傷身，達到坐月子效果。
