#  夏天常大汗淋漓 喝烏梅湯可斂汗

大熱天，有人不動都會流汗，動一下就大汗淋漓，依據傳統中醫而言，有所謂**自汗症**；中醫師指出，有自汗症的人，往往氣不夠或是身體過熱，經由中藥調理可以排邪，自汗症獲得改善後，可以喝烏梅湯來斂汗。

**不動都流汗恐有自汗症**

有人汗腺特別發達，就是比一般人容易流汗；謝明憲, 台北市立聯合醫院林森中醫院區中醫科主治醫師表示，因為體質的關係，確實是有人特別容易流汗，也有人會在臉部或是腋下較易出汗，依據中醫而言，自汗症是一種症狀名，常會走幾步路就流汗，甚至不走路，都有可能流汗。

**體熱陰虛易多汗**

身體過熱也是容易出汗，謝明憲指出，體熱口渴，熱排不出，也會流汗，脈象會跳很快，這時就要以白虎湯及人參湯來改善陰虛；至於婦女更年期也會有容易盜汗的情形，常會處在低熱狀態，也是陰虛證型，就需要養陰清熱，可以用當歸六黃湯、秦艽鱉甲湯和知柏地黃丸來治療。

**玉屏風散可固表止汗**

毛孔打開全身出汗，是正常防護功能；但是，流汗過多，往往氣會不夠，所以應該要以補氣藥以及解表藥來改善體質，例如玉屏風散，也可添加黃耆、黨參與人參，氣補足了，就不會莫名出汗。

**浮小麥與烏梅可斂汗**

謝明憲醫師說，當補氣養陰清熱都將實熱痰濕排除之後，虛證的氣虛陰虛都獲得改善，則是可以再服用收斂藥，例如浮小麥與烏梅來斂汗，平常也可喝些綠豆薏仁湯來排暑濕，以及喝些烏梅湯來斂汗，並可生津止渴，減少汗流失。
