日常生活隨手可攝取的天然食材也具有舒緩不適症狀的功效，像是幫助入眠的香蕉、減解感冒症狀的檸檬等，不過，營養師鐘晟紘, 國泰綜合醫院營養組, 提醒若出現相關不適症狀，還是請醫師確認才是上策！

**香蕉 助眠的好幫手**

香蕉是保有好心情及入眠的好幫手，主要因為富含一種色胺酸的蛋白質，在體內會代謝為5-羥色氨酸，是具調控情緒之血清素與幫助睡眠之褪黑激素的前身，而當5-羥色氨酸血液濃度偏低時，可能有易怒、焦慮等情況。鐘晟紘營養師指出，1條香蕉(140公克)平均含有鎂32.2毫克、膳食纖維2.2公克、熱量120大卡，可幫助肌肉放鬆、腸胃蠕動促進排便，但吃完1根香蕉相當於攝取了半碗白飯，卡路里不容小覷。

**檸檬 舒緩感冒症狀**

一顆檸檬(110公克)含維生素C為29.7毫克，維生素C具有緩解感冒症狀，可減少組織胺產生而減緩發炎反應，及增加白血球活性來吞噬壞細菌，與促進抗體產生。有些民眾會在感冒時，沖泡熱檸檬水來喝，鐘晟紘營養師指出，維生素C在正常室溫儲藏下就會因氧化減少，高溫下更是容易被破壞，因此建議以溫水沖泡檸檬片較為適合。但與其沖泡，不如直接攝取水果，更能將完整優質的營養吃進去。不過，當感冒症狀出現時，不要單靠感冒熱飲，還是請與醫師討論後對症下藥，才是上策。

**高麗菜 廚房的天然胃藥**

富含膳食纖維的高麗菜，目前動物及人體實驗皆指出，高麗菜含有一種抗氧化成分「蘿蔔硫素（surforaphane)」，對於幽門螺旋桿菌引發之胃炎具有保護效果。網路謠傳高麗菜是高蛋白蔬菜，但鐘晟紘營養師指出，以每100公克的高麗菜來說，蛋白質、脂肪、醣類各為1.3、0.2及4.7公克，與一般蔬菜相比無特別差異，也沒有所謂的高蛋白蔬菜，優質蛋白質來源還是以豆魚肉蛋類為主。

**甘菊 降低皮膚免疫反應**

有「植物的醫師」美譽的甘菊，具有類似人體皮質固醇類的作用，可以降低免疫反應而舒緩過敏、濕疹以及皮膚炎等症狀，但鐘晟紘營養師表示，臨床研究甘菊萃取物多半以塗抹的方式進行，有相關不適症狀，還是請去看皮膚科醫師。
