#  外食早餐多不及格 造成太多小胖子！

以前常聽到長輩說「小孩還在長大多吃點沒關係」、「小時候胖不是胖」、「能吃就是福」等各種理由，把自己的孫子們養得白白胖胖。營養師田宛容, 國泰綜合醫院營養組指出，根據調查發現，男童約每三人有一人體重過重或肥胖；女童約每四人有一人為體重過重或肥胖，且生活在越都市化的地區，體重過重或肥胖的情形更為嚴重，未來罹患慢性病的風險也隨著增加。

**胖小子發育快易早熟**

通常較胖的小孩生長發育較一般孩子來得快且較早熟。女孩會提早進入青春期，初經來得較早，但因體內脂肪過多，會影響荷爾蒙的分泌，造成經期不規則。

**骨骼易有異常**

兒童在生長發育期時，骨骼軟骨較多，肥胖造成下半身負荷太大，使腿部脛骨彎曲，若嚴重時，可能造成行走困難或是關節脫位；若屬於中央肥胖的孩童，可能因腹部負荷太重，使脊椎側彎變形。骨骼變形使得孩子活動量減少，造成惡性循環，越不易減重。

**易有慢性疾病**

研究顯示通常肥胖兒童的血壓較一般正常小孩來得高，且未來罹患心血管疾病和高血壓的機率是正常兒童的兩倍。且小胖童未來發生糖尿病的機率為正常孩童的三倍。若有胰島素抗性的兒童通常罹患高血脂症或血脂異常的機率較高。

**呼吸道也不好**

較肥胖的兒童因腹部或咽喉堆積過多的脂肪，橫隔膜擴張較受限制，使得換氣不完全，易氣喘、感冒、氣管炎、心肺功能降低等，甚至睡覺會有呼吸中止的現象。

**從均衡早餐開啟活力一天**

早餐為開啟一天的動力來源，由於生活型態的改變，學童幾乎外食居多，然而現今外食早餐多不夠健康，若不注意可能會造成高糖、高油、低纖維的飲食模式，不僅易養成胖小子，進而影響學童的學習能力。田宛容營養師建議，均衡早餐的主食類可以全榖根莖類為主，如：全麥吐司、麥片、紫米、地瓜等，增加纖維攝取。蛋白質類避免培根、火腿、油炸類等高油高鈉食物，可選擇雞蛋、低脂鮮奶、無糖或低糖豆漿。生菜、小黃瓜、大蕃茄等蔬菜類不可少。額外以水果做搭配，但避免使用果汁取代水果，因為果汁不僅減少纖維及營養素的攝取，也易造成攝取過量的情形。
