#  7成女性維生素D不足 麻煩疾病跟著來

根據研究報告顯示，大多數人普遍缺乏維生素D，更有7成女性維生素D攝取不足，維生素D的不足會導致許多疾病產生，對此歐盟建議每天可補充維生素D800-1000 IU，切勿過量補充，否則將有中毒風險。

**缺乏維生素D 恐造成各項疾病產生**

維生素D為一種重要的營養素，主要的來源包含光照和食物，負責協助調節體內鈣平衡及幫助鈣質吸收，使骨骼強健、避免骨質疏鬆。但愈來愈多研究發現，它的重要性不僅如此。過去研究指出，身體內許多器官和組織都有維生素D的接受器，幾乎身體許多功能運作都要仰賴它，若缺乏，則可能和癌症、心血管疾病、糖尿病、憂鬱症和免疫疾病等息息相關。所以現在除了認為維生素D是營養素外，也是一種不可或缺的荷爾蒙。

**大多數人普遍缺乏維生素D**

根據最近台灣營養調查，2006-2008年間針對2,596名19歲以上民眾血液樣本分析，其中66.2%民眾缺乏維生素D，連陽光充足的南部，維生素D也普遍缺乏。而健康署2013年調查報告也指出，逾七成女性維生素D不足，由此可見維生素D不足的情況在台灣是很普遍的，適當的補充可以預防疾病、改善預後、維持器官細胞正常運作，益處多多。

**歐盟建議適量補充維生素D**

針對健康的更年期婦女，歐盟建議除了適當的運動及曬太陽外，每天可補充維生素D800-1000 IU，若證實為維生素D缺乏病人可提高劑量至每天4000-10000 IU，每年可抽血液中骨化二醇濃度來評估補充是否足夠。過量的補充仍有中毒的疑慮，維生素D中毒的症狀是異常口渴、眼睛發炎、皮膚瘙癢、厭食、嗜睡、嘔吐、腹瀉、尿頻，以及鈣於血管壁、肝臟、肺部、腎臟、胃中的異常沉澱，關節疼痛和瀰漫性骨質脫礦化。目前現有的實驗數據表明，每日持續補充維生素D4000-10000 IU不超過2個月，並未觀察到中毒現象。（資料來源：奇美醫院婦產部主治醫師蔡幸君）
