#  水果皮植化素含量多 出現過敏反應不宜吃

現代人重養生，由於水果皮含有很多營養成分，以致於很多人會在吃水果時，連著果皮一起吃；不過，營養師指出，水果皮具有很多植化素，但是會對果皮產生過敏反應時，就不適合吃果皮。

**水果連皮打成果汁好入口**

可以連著果皮吃的水果很多，例如蘋果、葡萄、水蜜桃、奇異果、芭樂、水梨等，甚至於有人會吃芒果皮、檸檬皮和香蕉皮；如果覺得吃水果時連皮一起吃口感不好，只需要將水果用果汁機打成果汁或是果泥，就不會有此問題。

**含豐富膳食纖維與維生素**

營養師張斯蘭指出，水果皮主要是因為具有很完整的顏色，所以會含有很多植化素，因而果皮的抗氧化作用較果肉來得高。此外，水果皮也含有豐富的膳食纖維與維生素，但是要吃水果皮，最好是要清洗乾淨，以免吃進殘留農藥。

**若果皮有細毛 恐造成過敏反應**

不過，水蜜桃、奇異果的果皮由於含有細毛，要連皮吃，就有可能會使得有過敏體質者出現過敏反應，芒果皮也是會使有過敏體質者出現過敏反應；因此有過敏體質者，就不適合食用這些水果的果皮。
