不管是香氣四溢的茶葉蛋，還是滑順可口的金黃半熟蛋，甚至是香煎美味的荷包蛋，通通令人食指大動，但對膽固醇過高的人來說，美食當前，卻得抗拒誘惑，不能多吃，營養師劉怡里表示，其實還是可以正常攝取的。
