#  甜蜜陷阱！ 果汁不一定比汽水奶茶健康

**果汁果昔含糖量高出你的想像**

根據一項研究指出，果汁飲料、天然果汁或是果昔（Smoothies或稱水果冰沙）的含糖量都高得令人難以接受。研究調查了市售的果汁、果昔與一般標榜含糖量較低的飲品，結果發現在這些受到檢驗的飲料當中，平均每100毫升就含有7克的糖。在21種純果汁中，每100毫升的含糖量就高達10.7克；而在21種果昔中，每100毫克的含糖量則高達13克。而40％的受檢產品含有19克（或約20毫升）的糖，遠大於兒童的每日糖分建議攝取量。

**100％純果汁也不是完全不含糖**

近來歐美各國都開始重視糖的攝取量，許多民眾也因為普遍意識到含糖飲料對於體重增加和蛀牙的影響，因此轉而以果汁或冰沙來代替汽水、冰茶或是其他飲料。但即使是百分之百的純果汁都無法完全不含糖。

**果汁一天最多喝150毫升 多攝取鮮果蔬菜**

而根據調查結果，研究小組建議一般民眾可以透過這幾項方式來避免不小心吃下過多的糖分：不要只喝果汁，而是要吃水果；果汁稀釋後再喝或是選擇不含糖的，並且在用餐時才喝；一天限制攝取150毫升的果汁。另外，研究主持人Simon Capewell博士表示，整個水果比果汁含有更多的纖維含量，需要更長的時間來消耗，而且有證據指出，身體代謝整個水果是以不同的方式，比起喝果汁，身體更能適當的調整攝取量。他說，水果對健康非常好，蔬菜也是，建議每天都要多攝取。
