#  吃鳳梨老是舌頭麻 酵素惹的禍

鳳梨酸酸甜甜好滋味，但是每次吃完舌頭就是不太舒服，到底是什麼原因呢？營養師劉怡里-台安醫院說明，鳳梨本身這個水果是帶有酵素的，俗稱鳳梨酵素，具有刺激感，若是不好好處理，吃了之後嘴巴可能就會麻麻的不舒服。

營養師建議，切鳳梨前可以用鹽水把它稍微抹一下，或是浸泡一下，酵素自然就比較不容易刺激舌頭，萬一擔心鹽份過高，不想泡鹽水的話，也可以在削完整顆鳳梨後，把一顆顆類似芽眼的部份，再稍微用刀子修掉，這樣子吃鳳梨也比較不會覺得舌頭刺刺的。
