日漸西化的飲食習慣影響國人甚多，除了危害健康外，罹患三高（高血壓、高血脂、高血糖）的機率也隨之提升，因此正確的觀念及良好的生活習慣才是抵禦三高的不二法門，防範勝於治療，守護自己的健康，以免健康問題成為家人及社會的重擔。

**飲食西化 三高風險提高**

很多人的日常生活與飲食習慣日漸西化─從早餐的漢堡取代饅頭、奶茶取代豆漿、午餐的雞排取代米飯、晚飯的牛排、西餐吃到飽等，除了會侵蝕都市人的健康外，也將增加下一代得到三高的風險，更會造就一群發育不良的小胖子，導致兒童提早罹患三高。

**三少一多 顧好健康**

一旦三高找上門，除了就醫外，應從飲食、運動及生活習慣等方面積極著手改善。飲食方面應以少油、少鹽、少糖、多纖、定時定量、避免宵夜為原則，搭配規則、適量、持續的運動以維持合理體重，早睡早起不熬夜，同時儘量遠離菸酒。
