#  吃對食物 有效改善過敏性鼻炎

你也有過敏性鼻炎困擾嗎？尤其正處於季節交替時期，恐使症狀更為加劇；營養師楊婉伶指出，若常出現眼睛紅腫、鼻子常打噴嚏流鼻水，或喉嚨發癢等症狀，就要小心可能就是罹患過敏性鼻炎。

**身邊許多物質 皆是誘發過敏元凶**

包括塵蟎、貓狗毛屑、吸菸、花粉、粉塵等都可能是誘發過敏性鼻炎的危險因子，除了盡量遠離過敏原外，最重要還是得從調整平時飲食做起；楊婉伶說，像是牛奶、麥類、蝦、蟹等，都屬於高過敏原食物，患者可採以豆漿取代牛奶製品，減少過敏發生。

**補足維生素Ｃ 幫助身體對抗過敏**

楊婉伶進一步說，平時也可多補充鮭魚、鮪魚、沙丁魚等，因富含Omega-3魚油營養，有助於減少血中發炎物質，且平時可多食用像是番薯、南瓜、蘆筍、花椰菜、洋蔥等有益於好菌生長的食物，另外像是芭樂、柳丁、櫻桃、柑橘等，因含有足夠的維生素C，能幫助身體製造干擾素，降低發炎反應機率。

**改變生活作息 從根本改善過敏**

另外建議患者應盡量減少食用食品添加物過多的加工食品，以及冰品等，以減少過敏發生；楊婉伶呼籲，除了飲食，也應養成良好的生活作息，盡量十點前入睡，且多曬太陽，也應定期更換防蟎寢具，從平時生活習慣改變開始，就能有效堵絕過敏原，降低過敏發生。
