#  乳癌治療結束怎麼吃？ 營養師這麼建議～

乳癌病人在治療結束後，到底要如何吃呢？由於乳癌有可能會復發，致使病友對於飲食都有很多疑問，不知什麼能吃，什麼又不能吃；營養師則是強調，乳癌病人飲食其實跟一般健康飲食一樣，都是要均衡飲食，而且每日要維持足量的蔬果。

**生菜沙拉清洗乾淨可以食用**

均衡飲食是維持健康很重要的原則，不只是健康人如此，病人則更是要如此。而對於乳癌病人應該要攝取足夠的蔬菜水果，有很多癌友會喜歡吃生菜沙拉；陳冠蓉, 癌症關懷基金會營養師表示，生菜沙拉只要有清洗乾淨，是可以食用的，如擔心不夠乾淨，可以使用可飲用的開水浸泡一下後再食用。

**豆漿是很好的蛋白質來源**

乳癌病人要攝取蛋白質，也應以優質蛋白質為宜；陳冠蓉營養師建議，豆漿是很好的蛋白質來源，也可以有效降低體內的膽固醇，每天建議喝1~2杯天，乳癌病人如果要攝取乳製品，建議可以攝取低脂乳品。至於各種肉類都可以適量攝取，但是含膽固醇較高的牛肉、海鮮類建議適量攝取，至於生魚片可能因為處理不當，容易滋生大量的細菌，對於抵抗力較差的病人不建議經常食用。

**選擇低糖澱粉類食物**

陳冠蓉指出，澱粉類食物是提供身體熱量的主要食物來源，乳癌患者的飲食份量和一般人並無不同，仍必須依照身體的需要攝取足夠的份量，但是建議可選擇低糖且營養價值更佳的澱粉類食物，如五穀米、全麥麵包、地瓜、山藥等天然未加工的食物。

**避免攝取高油脂食物**

油脂攝取是乳癌病人最要小心之處！陳冠蓉營養師建議，烹調用油應適量攝取，並可選擇苦茶油、麻油、橄欖油等，能選擇堅果類作為油脂的來源更佳。值得特別注意的是，得避免飲食中攝取到高油脂的食物，包括油炸食物、各式糕餅、高油脂的肉類食物、含奶精飲料等。
