現代工商社會，雖然不用出太多勞力工作，但是，卻往往因為飲食不節，再加上熬夜，很容易造成氣虛，全身無力的現象；中醫師建議，想要改善慢性疲勞帶來的氣虛，可以用補氣中藥治療之外，平常也可多吃些補氣食物。

**生活起居不正常會氣虛**

氣虛原因很多，除了生病之後會造成氣虛之外，有很多女性因為月經期也容易出現氣虛，甚至於生活起居不正常也會氣虛。中醫師鄭秋霞表示，現代人常因為不注重養生，經常睡不飽，又隨性亂吃，非常喜歡吃些油炸物或是油膩的食物，又愛喝冰冷飲料，都是造成容易氣虛的原因。

**做好長期健康規畫從飲食與運動著手**

長期氣虛乏力最易傷肝，鄭秋霞指出，很多人對於氣虛會服用維生素B群，但是長期吃B群反而不好，因為會致使原來的問題沒有矯正；其實，應該要花時間做好長期健康規畫，從飲食與運動著手。

**種子+堅果+人參+黃耆+茯苓+白朮**

鄭秋霞中醫師建議，平常應多吃可以補氣的食物，例如種子、堅果等，含蛋白質食物也要多吃，至於中藥材例如人參、黃耆、茯苓與白朮等，也可補氣；此外，平常可做些緩和的運動如八段錦與五禽戲等，而且也應該要有充足的睡眠，才能改善氣虛的問題。
